Description
This survey application allows the Information Technology department to deploy surveys to their wide variety of customers. Users can set up their own survey and the following question types are currently supported: drop down lists, radio buttons, true/false, and short answer. Surveys can be customized for specific customers and/or standardized throughout.
Upon completion the survey results are merged together and totaled so percentages can be analyzed by logged in users. The results can be queried by location and/or date range and if left unspecified, they will reflect all locations and dates. The results are broken up by numerical data and textual data for this analysis.
