Description

This application provides a means to invoice services provided by the ESD. Currently it is being used to track E-Rate and various contract services provided by the I.T. department. The user inputs the customer contact information, purchase order number, revenue code, description and cost of services. Once submitted the information is stored in a database that can be searched, sorted, and updated by the user. The report generator is capable of generating 5 different reports for the user. These include: total by revenue code, total by all customers, total by customer, total by date range, and total by invoice type.
