Description

This application was created to provide schools with the means to post various information at a specified location on their website. To date this information has been school closures, announcements, weather conditions, and such. The application empowers the school administrator to add/remove/update this information by logging into the system and editing a simple text box. Upon submitting, the information will then be displayed at a location and style of their choosing. This could be scrolling text across the top of the screen (works well for school closure information) or it could be a separated list off to one side (works well for announcements). The Message Board helps keep sites dynamic while freeing up some of the web developers time to focus elsewhere.
