Description

This application was built to provide a means for tracking various computer-related information at a given client's site. Once stored in the database the information is kept secure and can be accessed from anywhere by users with access permission. Analysts are able to store and view a greater amount of information than the rest of the staff.

The client information that is being tracked includes information on site contacts, servers (tree, ip, passwords, etc), routers switches, network maps, telecomunication, email format, email server, software, comments, etc. The resource allows onsite technicians and helpdesk staff a nice, quick reference for specific site statistics.
